Just purchased this type c sd tf reader to view SD Card photos on my Samsung Tab A and it works like a charm. I slid out the micro USB plug as described in the instructions, plugged in the SD Card and then plugged the reader into my Tablet. I did this and the photos showed up in the Tab A gallery and can be viewed as a slideshow.
