Have used it twice so far to download My Nikon DSLR Photos to my Google Pixel phone on the go and it has worked great.

Purchased these USB C to HDMI cables to attach to my 2016 IMAC so that I could use two external monitors. Prior to purchasing these cables I had purchased another brand that did not work. After extensive troubleshooting on my own I contacted Apple support. Apple was able to verify there was nothing I was doing that prevented the configuration to not work. These cables only required plugging them in and adjusting my Display properties.

I bought this 3.1 Type C for my 2016 MacBook Pro with Touchbar "15inch for importing my .Raw files into my computer. First let me make sure anyone reading this considers buying this! This will give really nice flow to your imports and I have tried some usb to usb c adapters but a lot of those are usb 2 and not 3! so if you shoot raw.. this is the better way to go.

This USB hub will resolve issues with the 1 port USB-C MacBook. You can simultaneously charge which using a USB flash drive or SD card. I had no speed transfer issues not even playing back a GoPro video from a flash drive. The footprint of the hub is small about 1inch wide by 3 inches tall. A thing to notice is that the gold color matches the MacBook color so it blends in perfectly.
