If your vehicle radio head unit doesn't support Bluetooth then this bluetooth car charger adapter could be the gadget for you as it creates a radio channel your unit can tune itself in to.
It supports playback through an auxiliary 3.5mm jack and cable that is provided with the unit but you could also use either a Bluetooth connection or a TF card (which aren't supplied with the FM transmitter.)
