I ordered this to see what all the type was on these little fidget toys. I can tell you it is a neat little thing. It does help you forget about what is going on at the moment. So it helps with stress. I use to work with Autistic kids and they love spinning things and I bet they would love one of these. I could just imagine how useful this would be for autistic children.
